Haynes and Boone promotes three IP partners
International law firm Haynes and Boone has promoted three IP lawyers to partnership in the firm’s Dallas and Richardson (also in Texas) offices.
Charlie Jones, based in Dallas, specialises in IP and commercial litigation in court and in arbitration. He advises and represents plaintiffs and defendants across industries including high-tech, electric energy, and media.
Michael Parsons is based in Richardson and Palo Alto. He focuses on patent law, from post-grant proceedings, to patent acquisition and patent litigation. Parsons has defended some of the largest technology companies in the world against allegations of patent infringement.
Clint Wilkins, also based in Richardson, has a background in electrical engineering and specialises in protecting new technological innovations and defending the associated IP rights. He works with petitioners and patent owners across the US, as well as many foreign jurisdictions.
Tim Powers, managing partner of Haynes and Boone, said: "Haynes and Boone’s future is in good hands with these lawyers, each of whom exemplifies our culture and our values in their own unique way."
