EIP appoints trademark practice head
IP law firm EIP has appointed a former special counsel from Cooley as head of the firm’s trademark practice, EIP Brands.
Claire Lehr, a partner, has more than 15 years of experience in the trademark field and provides advice to clients across a range of industry sectors, including electronics, entertainment, sports, clothing, and hospitality.
Lehr said she is excited by the opportunity to drive EIP’s trademark practice forward into its next stage of development.
“EIP has an established trademarks team and a growing reputation in this field. I’m looking forward to working with EIP’s current client base and building relationships with new ones,” she added.
Matt Lawman, partner at EIP, said: “She has a tremendous amount of experience and will be an asset to the team. This is an exciting period for the firm, and Claire’s enthusiasm will help drive our trademark practice forward.”
