DLA Piper hires Jenner & Block lawyers
DLA Piper has boosted its IP and technology practice with the addition of two partners.
Ben Mulcahy and Gina Reif Ilardi join the firm’s Los Angeles and New York offices respectively from Jenner & Block.
Mulcahy, who was the co-chair of Jenner & Block’s trademark, advertising and unfair competition team, focuses his practice on marketing, virtual reality and gaming.
Reif Ilardi’s practice focuses on online and mobile marketing initiatives, marketing, e-commerce and branded entertainment.
Both of the partners will serve as co-chairs of the firm’s newly formed national advertising team.
“Ben and Gina are highly skilled lawyers with outstanding reputations among clients and peers,” said Ann Ford, co-chair of DLA Piper’s US IP and technology practice.
“They bring substantial experience in the entertainment industry, including representation of major film and television studios, to our global platform, and we are pleased to welcome them to the firm.”
