Cole Schotz expands IP team in Texas
US-based law firm Cole Schotz has added four lawyers to its IP team in Texas.
Aaron Davidson and Gary Sorden will join the firm as members. Brian King and Tim Craddock join as associates.
Davidson has experience in the life sciences sector and will focus on commercial IP litigation covering patents, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters.
Sorden’s practice covers a range of areas including software, electrical, mechanical and chemical technologies.
At associate level, King has experience representing technology companies and inventors in complex multimillion-dollar actions.
Craddock also has a technical background, and previously represented companies’ inventions such as computer chipsets, data communication hardware and mechanical devices.
James Walker, a member of the firm’s Dallas office welcomed the addition.
“The Dallas legal market is thriving. We are excited to be a part of this growth and to enhance the full range of practice area expertise we can offer our clients in this market,” he said.
