IP law firm Bardehle Pagenberg has welcomed in the new year by promoting three of its attorneys to partner.
Christian Haupt, Niels Malkhomes and Jörg Wahl will join the partnership at the firm’s Munich office.
Haupt (below left) focuses on utility patent and utility model prosecution and has defended and attacked patents in opposition proceedings before the German and European Patent Offices.
His specialist areas include mechanical engineering, telecommunications and navigation technology.
Malkomes (below middle left) focuses on patent litigation and opposition proceedings as well as patent prosecution.
Wahl (below middle right) also specialises in patent litigation in areas such as mechanical engineering, sports equipment, pharma and biotechnology but also advises in IP-relevant matters including licensing and settlement negotiations.
As well as the three new partners, attorney Christine Fluhme (below right) has been promoted to counsel.
Fluhme, who also works in the firm’s Munich office, focus on registration, enforcement and protection of trademarks and also advises on unfair competition, design and copyright matters.
Bardehle Pagenberg, which has offices in Germany, Spain, Italy and France, advises clients across all aspects of IP.
