Baker Botts welcomes two IP partners

Law firm Baker Botts has hired Wayne Stacy and Sarah Guske as partners in the firm’s intellectual property practice group in San Francisco.

Stacy and Guske join from law firm Cooley.

Stacy’s experience includes trying patent cases in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.

He has represented clients in the software electronics and telecommunications industries.

Guske’s practice focuses on trademark, patent and competition litigation. She represents clients in the technology industry.
