Andrews Kurth boosts IP department

Law firm Andrews Kurth has added to its IP department with the appointment of Gary Lett.

Lett, who joins as of counsel, specialises in IP issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, and will work in the firm’s Washington, DC office.

He has experience of rights in data and software, technology transfer, licensing in government, private acquisitions, as well as litigation and defence.

Lett previously worked at Virginia-based Northrop Grumman Corporation, a US aerospace and defence technology company.

Andrews Kurth has offices across the US as well as in Dubai, Beijing and London.
