Vera Davidović

Vera Davidović is an experienced IP and commercial law practitioner who advises multinational clients across Southeast Europe. 

Admitted to the Serbian Bar, she has worked across leading regional and international law firms, developing a practice focused on trademark protection and enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, domain name disputes, and complex cross-border IP litigation.

Her work spans a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, automotive, media, fashion, and consumer goods. 

Davidović regularly manages IP strategy and enforcement across the Western Balkans, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters such as trademark oppositions, cancellation actions, and litigation before courts and administrative authorities. 

She also advises clients on copyright, unfair competition, product labelling, and regulatory compliance.

In addition, Davidović has advised on cross-jurisdictional matters involving film and media law, privacy and data protection, and licensing arrangements in the entertainment and gaming sectors.

Davidović has also contributed to policy and public dialogue on digital rights and internet governance, speaking at international forums including RightsCon and the Internet Freedom Summit. 

She regularly publishes and comments on IP developments through platforms such as International Trademark Association (INTA) channels, and has contributed to the World Bank’s Doing Business reports and the Foreign Investment Council’s White Book. 

She is an active contributor to the international IP community through her engagement with INTA and other professional networks focused on brand protection and digital rights. 

She also serves as an arbitrator for domain name disputes at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, contributing to dispute resolution mechanisms in the digital and IP space.
