A decade ago, Rachadawan Kelar founded a law firm in Bangkok specialising in intellectual property, corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, and cybersecurity.

Since then, she has led its strategic growth while advising clients on complex IP enforcement, compliance, licensing, regulatory, and data protection matters, including PDPA compliance.

Prior to establishing RWT International Law Office, Kelar spent more than a decade developing and leading IP investigation and enforcement practices in Thailand. During this time, she worked extensively on software licence compliance, anti-counterfeiting initiatives, and IP investigations for international clients and global brands, coordinating closely with government agencies, customs authorities, and law enforcement bodies.

With more than 15 years of legal practice, Kelar has built a strong reputation for advising multinational clients across sectors including luxury goods, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and software licensing.

An active contributor to legal education and professional development, Kelar regularly speaks at industry events on innovation, legal careers, IP, and emerging technologies. She is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), and the Lawyers Council of Thailand, where she also serves on committee appointments.

Under her leadership, RWT International Law Office became one of the first law firms and privately owned SMEs in Thailand to adopt the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles, establishing policies that promote gender equality, leadership development, and equal opportunities.

Through mentorship, training initiatives, and professional engagement, she continues to support the development of a more inclusive and progressive legal community in Thailand.
