Venezuelan law firms Markven and AP&R merge
Venezuelan law firms Markven Propiedad Intelectual and Antequera Parilli & Rodriguez (AP&R) have merged.
Barbarita Guzman, Markven’s founding partner, will join AP&R as a partner, along with the rest of Markven’s team.
The newly-merged firm will practise under the AP&R name and operate from AP&R’s Caracas, Venezuela office.
Markven said: “We are thrilled to announce this merger, which is a confirmation of the willingness of both teams to provide quality services and value-added proposals to strengthen the protection of the intellectual assets of our clients.”
