European intellectual property law boutique Hoyng Rokh Monegier has promoted three to partner.
Laura Fresco, Peter van Schijndel and Christopher Pierce, who all originate from the Amsterdam office, have been appointed as partners.
Fresco’s practice focuses on trademarks, designs, copyright, advertising and cross-border litigation, including corporate litigation.
Van Schijndel focuses on patent litigation, with an emphasis on the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices sector. He also has substantial experience in advertising, database, and pharmaceutical regulatory law.
Pierce works in the fields of chemistry and mechanics, and specialises in worldwide prosecution of patent applications and opposition of European patents.
