Eric Hagen, who was previously head of the trade secrets practice at McDermott Will & Emery, has joined DLA Piper’s Los Angeles (LA) office as a partner.
Hagen will advise clients on complex commercial disputes involving patents, trade secrets, and unfair competition claims. He also has experience in handling trademark and copyright matters.
He has represented companies in a range of industries, including life sciences, smartphone, semiconductor, financial services, and entertainment.
Before joining DLA Piper, Hagen spent over a decade at McDermott Will & Emery.
