Gwilym Roberts has advised innovators ranging from emerging businesses to multinational corporations on patent matters and IP strategies. Chair of the firm, he continues to shape sophisticated European prosecution strategies while remaining involved in technically demanding patent matters before the UK Intellectual Patent Office (UKIPO), EPO and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Laura Ramsay joined the team in September 2025 having spent over two decades at Dehns. A Unified Patent Court (UPC) representative, Ramsay is known for her litigation expertise, and draws on her background in physics and materials science to advise clients in the healthcare and cleantech industries.
