Two IP attorneys in Honigman promotions
Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP has promoted eight new partners, two of whom are IP attorneys.
Charles Duncan, basedin the firm’s Oakland County office, specialises in patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright litigation. In addition, he counsels clients in industries including computer hardware, software and telecommunications.
Teymour El-Tahry, also based in Oakland County, assists clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups with developing their patent portfolios. He prepares and prosecutes patent applications in the software, electrical and mechanical arts fields, and assists clients with assessing their litigation risks with existing and upcoming products.
The remaining partners are working in the firm’s litigation, insurance and corporate departments.
Headquartered in Detroit, Honigman is a business law firm, with offices in Lansing, Oakland County, Ann Arbor and Kalamazoo, all of which are in the US state of Michigan.
