Tucker Ellis adds IP trio

Two IP partners and a counsel have joined Tucker Ellis LLP in the US city of Cleveland.

Jay Campbell, a partner in the firm’s trial department, part of the business litigation group, represents technology companies in fields including neuronavigation and chrome plating.

A partner in the same department, Josh Ryland focuses on copyright and trademark infringement and trade secrets theft. Both men have represented clients in federal and appellate courts.

The third appointment, Tim Manning, is counsel in the firm’s IP group. He assists clients with patent and trademark procurement, post grant proceedings, infringement opinions and IP agreements.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jay, Josh, and Tim to the firm,” said managing partner Joe Morford. “They are exactly the type of top quality lawyers and people our firm is fast becoming known for both growing and attracting. As our clients continue to ask us to do more and more of their IP work, this group adds a depth of capability and expertise to our IP team that will serve our client relationships and firm very well, for many years to come.”
