Tiang & Partners hires partner to lead IP practice

Hong Kong law firm Tiang & Partners has hired partner Chiang Ling Li to head its IP practice.

Chiang has more than 25 years of experience in Chinese IP and pharmaceutical law and has advised clients on litigation and transactions involving patents, trade secrets, copyright, unfair competition, 3D marks and well-known marks.

She will be joining the law firm from Jones Day, where she served as a partner. In this role, she represented clients in a variety of complex patents and trade secrets disputes across the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

Commenting on Chiang’s hire, Michelle Taylor, partner at Tiang & Partners said: “We are thrilled to have Chiang to join us to build our IP practice.
