Stradley Ronon hires partner in Pennsylvania

US-based law firm Stradley Ronon has hired Paul Legaard as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Legaard joins from law firm Pepper Hamilton, where he also worked as a partner.

He has experience in IP due diligence, portfolio analysis, freedom-to-operate and validity searches.

His clients include companies in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and biotechnology industries.

Kevin Casey, the firm’s IP practice group chair, said: “Paul is highly regarded within the IP bar for his experience with the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, and we are proud to welcome him to the firm.”
