Snell & Wilmer promotes two IP attorneys
Snell & Wilmer, a law firm with offices in the US and Mexico, has elected one IP attorney to counsel and promoted another IP attorney to partnership.
Jeffrey Morton, based in both Phoenix and Orange County, has been promoted to partnership.
He has a wide-ranging intellectual property and technology law practice. With a background in immunology, he has particular expertise in life sciences and patent prosecution.
Morton represents start-ups and large enterprises and advises on transactional IP issues in mergers and sales.
Andrew Flior, based in Orange County, has been elected to counsel.
He focuses on property protection and litigation, including prosecuting patent applications across the financial services and healthcare industries.
Flior advises clients on purchasing patents and maximising a patent portfolio budget.
