Simone Intellectual Property Services opens Beijing office
Simone Intellectual Property Services (SIPS) has opened a new office in Beijing, China.
The office will be led by trademark attorney Irene Liu and its opening brings the total number of staff at the firm to 60.
“Our Beijing office is authorised to file applications for registration of trademarks, copyrights and customs recordals, as well as infringement actions with relevant administrative authorities in China,” the company said in a released today, November 16.
SIPS has two other offices in China—one in Shanghai and one in Hong Kong.
According to the SIPS website, the company represents clients across a broad range of industries, including consumer electronics, food and beverages, and fashion.
