Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP has promoted four of its IP attorneys to the firm’s partnership.
Chris Hale, Mark McGrath, Tobin Dommer and Gina Ilardi will take up their roles at offices across the US.
Hale works at the Los Angeles office and is a member of the government contracts, international trade and investigations practice group.
He has represented businesses and individuals in litigation and arbitrations related to trade secrets claims.
McGrath is a member of the business trial and IP practice group, his experience centres on litigating patent, trademark and false advertising cases. He will join the partnership at the New York office.
Gina Ilardi is a member of the firm’s entertainment, technology and advertising practice group also in the New York office.
Ilardi advises film studios, cable television networks, consumer brands and their agencies in all aspects of marketing and offers IP advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions in the industry.
Tobin Dommer a member of the corporate practice group is based in the Palo Alto office.
Dommer counsels clients on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and IP licensing.
The promotions are among eight across the firm’s US offices.
