Panitch Schwarze adds trademark counsel
Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel has announced that Elizabeth Morgan has joined the firm as trademark counsel.
Morgan’s practice centres on trademark law, including mediation and arbitration. She has managed large trademark portfolios, as well as handling worldwide rollouts of new brands.
Based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Morgan will also advise clients on patent, copyright and trade secret matters. She has trial experience in federal courts and has also handled more than 100 cases before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
