Law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has promoted Georgina Hey, Demian Barbas and Nathan Rees to partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice.
Hey works in the firm’s Sydney office, Barbas is based in Montreal and Rees works in Dallas.
Hey’s experience includes trademark oppositions and portfolio management.
Barbas focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and Rees is registered to practise before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
They have represented clients in the electronics and medical devices industries.
The moves are part of 39 promotions across the firm.
