New partner for Salans' Frankfurt office

International law firm Salans LLP has appointed Peter Homberg as a partner to its German intellectual property, technology and communications practice group. He is based in the Frankfurt office.

Homberg is an expert in advising the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and biotechnology industry on a broad range of legal matters. He specialises in R&D, licence and cooperation agreements, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory issues and the implementation of practice standards. He also has significant experience in working on private equity matters.

Homberg has joined Salans from Raupach & Wollert-Elmendorff, where he was the head of the life sciences practice group.
