New firm JMB Davis Ben-David opens in Israel
From January 1, Jeremy Ben-David is the new principal at JMB Davis Ben-David, with headquarters in Jerusalem’s Har Hotzvim high-tech district.
The firm is based on the practice founded in 1995 by Ben-David and his late father, Dr Stanley Davis. Dr Davis was a senior examiner in the UK Patent Office for 25 years. Ben-David has been in the IP field since 1985.
“Our primary goal is the successful prosecution of patents, trademarks and designs for companies from Israel and around the world,” Ben-David said. “The synergy that results from the combined efforts of our team of patent attorneys, lawyers and paralegals is a key element in our being able to secure high quality IP rights for our clients.
“As a firm we focus on those areas where we know we can achieve the very best results for our clients,” he said.
JMB Davis Ben-David has experts in the fields of life sciences, chemistry, materials science, computer-related inventions, defence-related inventions and alternative energies. The trademark team handles the prosecution and litigation of trademark portfolios for a variety of large, international concerns.
“We work hard to add value to our clients’ companies,” Ben-David said. “When a company has innovative technology, good patent and trademark protection is essential.”
