Munger Tolles adds former US deputy assistant attorney general
US-based law firm Munger, Tolles & Olson has hired Ginger Anders as an of counsel in the firm’s Washington, DC office.
Anders previously worked at the US Department of Justice. Her positions included assistant to the solicitor general and deputy assistant attorney general in the Office of Legal Counsel.
She represented the government before the US Supreme Court in a range of cases.
Anders has experience in copyright, patent law and transactional litigation.
Her clients include companies in the pharmaceutical and technology industries.
Donald Verrilli, Jr, himself a former solicitor general and currently a partner in the firm’s Washington, DC office, said: “Ginger is a brilliant litigator who demonstrated impressive mastery of the law in her numerous appearances before the Supreme Court.
