Law firm Morrison Foerster has hired Mark Whitaker as a partner in its intellectual property litigation practice group in Washington, DC.
Whitaker joins from law firm Baker Botts, and has experience in patent litigation, trade secrets, and trademark counselling.
He has represented clients in the home security and technology industries.
Michael Jacobs, co-chair of the firm’s IP litigation practice group, said: “Mark is a highly experienced litigator who has strong trial skills and established business relationships.
