Law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy has expanded its litigation department by hiring Kristin Yohannan as a special counsel in the firm’s Washington, DC office.
Yohannan joins from law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
She has experience in patents, copyright and licensing matters for clients in the chemical, software and biotechnology industries.
Yohannan has also argued cases before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
