Mathys & Squire adds to IP team

UK IP firm Mathys & Squire LLP has promoted two of its long-standing associates to partner.

Dani Kramer and Caroline Warren (pictured below), who have been at the London-based firm for more than 10 years, are members of the IT engineering and electronics department and specialise in patents.

Kramer has 13 years’ experience in patent prosecution and international portfolio management and practices in the fields of electrical and electronic engineering.

Warren is a UK and European lawyer with experience in prosecution, portfolio management and patent strategy. Specialist subjects include computer systems and printers, sustainable technology and medical devices.

“We continue to grow the IT engineering and electronics team and provide expertise in all the key and emerging technological fields such as sustainable technology and high-tech electronics,” Warren said.

“Mathys & Squire has been growing exponentially for the last five years and continues to expand its fields of technical expertise and client base around the world,” said Kramer, who added it was a “very exciting” time to join the partnership.

The firm employs 132 staff across five offices in the UK: London, Cambridge, Manchester, York, and Reading.
