Elkington & Fife has opened a new office in Europe.
The office, in Munich, opened yesterday, August 1, and the firm stated it will enable Elkington & Fife to continue to “serve clients at the European Union Intellectual Property Office after Brexit”.
The IP law firm currently has two offices in England.
Chris McLeod, partner and head of Elkington& Fife’s trademark practice, said: “With the continued uncertainty over Brexit, the time is right to demonstrate our commitment to continuing to work within the EU.”
He added: “We are confident that a presence in Munich is exactly the right way to do this”.
