Lathrop & Gage expands St. Louis office

Law firm Lathrop & Gage has hired Harvey Yusman as a counsel in the firm’s St. Louis office.

Yusman, who joins the IP practice, counsels domestic and international businesses on trademark, copyright and trade secrets issues.

Scott Malin, partner in charge of the St. Louis office, said: “Harvey brings a unique level of experience to a rapidly growing and complex area of the legal profession.”

Yusman has practised before the US Patent and Trademark Office, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the US Copyright Office.
