Kilpatrick Townsend promotes four to partner in Atlanta
Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has promoted four to partner in its Atlanta office, including two IP-focused lawyers.
Nichole Chollet was appointed in the firm’s trademark and copyright team.
Chollet focuses her practice on IP litigation, with expertise in cases involving trademarks, trade dress and unfair competition.
She has represented clients before federal district courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
David Reed has been appointed in the patent litigation team.
Reed focuses on IP litigation and counselling. He has expertise in post-grant proceedings and appeals in the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
He handles all phases of patent litigation across a range of technologies such as computer hardware and software, pharmaceuticals and industrial products.
Alisha Gibson and Robert Shaw were appointed in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and securities team.
