Hoyng Rokh Monegier to team up with Véron & Associés
European IP boutique Hoyng Rokh Monegier announced yesterday, March 21, that it will join forces with France-based patent litigation firm Vé ron & Associé s.
The Véron & Associés team will move to Hoyng Rokh Monegier’s Paris office, although it will remain structurally independent. The two firms will officially merge during the summer to form Hoyng Rokh Monegier Véron.
With offices in Paris and Lyon, the French team will have 25 specialists in IP and pharmaceutical law, including eight partners.
Paris will play a key role in the Unified Patent Court, with the central division of the court of first instance being located in the city.
Hoyng Rokh Monegier has offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain and Germany and was formed in 2015 when Hoyng Monegier and Reimann Osterrieth Köhler Haf combined.
