Haynes and Boone adds trio to partnership
Haynes and Boone has announced the promotion of three IP lawyers to its partnership.
Gregory Huh, Rob LeBlanc and Stephanie Sivinski are among a 14-strong group of new partners—the largest partnership round in the firm’s history.
Huh is a member of the IP practice group in Haynes and Boone’s Richardson, Texas office. He is an experienced trial lawyer that represents clients in patent matters involving complex technologies, including, automotive powertrains, control systems, wireless systems, antenna design, computer networking, intrusion detection, computer software, and electrical circuits.
He has regularly represented both petitioners and patent owners in inter partes review (IPR) challenges and other post-grant trials before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
LeBlanc is a member of the trademark practice group in the Dallas, Texas office. He advises many well-known brands on the selection, protection, and enforcement of their IP assets.
Sivinski is a member of the IP litigation practice group, also in the Dallas office. She has obtained trial victories in technologically-complex cases ranging from patent infringement to breach-of-contract matters.
Her practice has touched on many sectors, including pharmaceuticals, thermodynamics, computer software, and semiconductor manufacturing.
