Foley & Lardner LLP has hired IT specialist David M. Klein, who will work as a partner in its New York office.
The former Paul Hastings LLP partner will work in Foley’s IT and outsourcing practice, but will advise on IP matters too.
He specialises in patents, trademarks, copyright and Internet. “Given David’s wide range of experience, he will be able to offer immediate value to our clients on information technology and outsourcing issues as well as their complex intellectual property needs in this space,” said Stephen B. Maebius, chair of Foley’s Intellectual Property Department. “We look forward to his many contributions.”
Foley employs approximately 900 attorneys in 21 offices.
