Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto elects three to partner

US law firm Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto has promoted patent specialists Donald Heckenberg, Jason Leonard, and Brendan O’Malley to partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice.

Heckenberg works in the firm’s Washington, DC office while Leonard (pictured below) and O’Malley (pictured below) are based in New York.

Heckenberg (pictured below) specialises in drafting applications for clients in the mechanical and electrical arts industries.

Leonard, a litigator, is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, while O'Malley focuses on post-grant proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
