FisherBroyles adds three IP tech partners
FisherBroyles has welcomed three IP technology partners from Duft Bornsen & Fettig, Lane Powell, and Scully, Scott, Murphy, & Presser to its US offices.
Greg Fettig, based in Denver, specialises in helping technology companies to patent their inventions, domestically and in foreign territories. He has also assisted clients with matters involving trademarks and IP due diligence, and he has taken part in inter partes reviews.
Before practising law, Fettig worked as an electrical engineer for technology company Motorola. He was most recently a partner at Duft Bornsen & Fettig.
Kevin Jablonski, who joins FisherBroyles’ Seattle office, focuses on patent prosecution and portfolio development. He works with a range of technologies, with particular expertise in electrical engineering and computer sciences.
Jablonski was most recently a shareholder at Lane Powell.
Finally, Michael Russell, who is based in Washington, DC, conducts patentability assessments. He has prosecuted a range of patent applications across technical disciplines including semiconductors, optics, and sensors.
Russell joins FisherBroyles from Scully, Scott, Murphy, & Presser. He previously worked as a patent examiner at the US Patent and Trademark Office.
TJ DoVale, managing partner of the firm’s IP group, said the three lawyers bring diverse law firm and in-house experience, as well as valuable technical backgrounds, to the firm.
