Fish & Richardson adds two principals to Boston office

Law firm Fish & Richardson has added two principals to its IP litigation group in Boston.

David Hosp and Mark Puzella, previously partners at Goodwin Procter LLP, specialise in copyright, trademarks, false advertising, and licensing disputes.

Hosp and Puzella’s clients include sports shoe brand New Balance, software company Iconics, Inc, and Aereo Inc, an Internet TV service that has been accused of copyright infringement by US broadcasters CBS, NBC, FOX and PBS.

In a statement released on Thursday, litigation practice group leader Ann Cathcart said that Hosp and Puzella’s appointment would help the firm develop its growing copyright and trademark litigation practice. “These are two important lateral hires for Fish and we are excited to have these talented litigators join our team,” she said.
