Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge has appointed Ben Goodger as an intellectual property partner in its London office.
Previously, Goodger was the head of the global IP commercialisation group at Rouse Legal.
Goodger spent two years in Shanghai, where he managed Rouse Legal’s China business and Asia commercial IP groups.
He specialises in technology, and has represented clients in a number of industries, including food and drink, energy and university technology transfer.
Laurence Harris, managing partner of the firm’s London office, said: “Goodger adds a dynamic component to our intellectual property practice in London. The rules of the IP game are constantly changing, and with him on board, we offer our clients an invaluable edge.”
