Dubai-based BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates has launched an IP practice and appointed Munir Suboh to lead the department.
Suboh, who joins as a partner from Hadef & Partners, began his practice in the Middle East in 2006.
He has expertise in trademarks, trade names, copyrights, patents, trade secrets and domain names.
Suboh has represented clients across a range of industries, including media, tobacco and pharmaceuticals.
