Duane Morris boosts San Diego office
US-based law firm Duane Morris has hired Boris Zelkind to its IP practice group in the San Diego office.
Previously a partner at Knobbe Martens, Zelkind’s areas of focus include patent infringement, trade secrets, trademark, copyright and unfair competition cases.
He has also spoken on the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016.
Zelkind has worked across various industries, including technology, software, medical devices, consumer products, 3D printing and telecommunications.
“We’re happy to have Boris join the San Diego office,” said Edward Cramp, managing partner of Duane Morris’s San Diego office.
“His IP litigation experience will benefit not only our clients in San Diego and throughout California, but nationally and internationally.”
