Counsel addition to Haynes and Boone's Silicon Valley office

Haynes and Boone LLP has announced that Justin White has joined its IP practice group as counsel.

White is based at the firm’s Silicon Valley, California office, and moves to Haynes and Boone from Beyer Law Group LLP.

White has experience in strategic patent portfolio planning and management, negotiating and drafting IP licences and other related agreements, as well as providing formal opinions on patents and other IP issues and patent litigation in district courts, the ITC and the Federal Circuit. White’s practice focuses primarily on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in mechanical, electrical and software technologies. Commenting on his appointment, Gary J. Edwards, partner in the IP practice group, said: “We are excited Justin is joining the firm. His extensive experience and knowledge is a complement to our existing team and the resources we provide for our clients.”
