US-based law firm Cooley has hired a partner to its IP department in New York.
Jeffrey Greene, who joins from Fenwick & West, focuses on foreign and domestic brand counselling and protection, including the development and management of global trademark portfolios.
He also has experience advising on trademark IP elements of mergers, acquisitions and other transactions, as well as drafting contracts and licensing agreements. He has worked with both start-ups and well-established companies across a range of industries.
Greene said he was “eager to contribute to the firm’s success”.
