Cole Schotz bulks up IP department

Cole Schotz has appointed four new members in the firm’s Delaware, New Jersey and New York offices.

David Gold, based in the firm’s New Jersey office, has been appointed as member in the firm’s IP, litigation, and restaurant and hospitality departments.

Gold advises members of the art community, arts organisations, and media and marketing companies on the protection, enforcement and monetisation of IP.

Also in the New Jersey office is Robert DiPisa, who is a member of the firm’s real estate department.

Nicholas Brannick is a member of the firm’s bankruptcy and corporate restructuring and litigation departments and is located in the Delaware office.

In the New York office is Matthew Schneid, a member of the real estate department.
