Buchalter Nemer adds to IP practice
Philip Schroeder (pictured left) has joined US firm Buchalter Nemer’s corporate and intellectual property practice groups as a shareholder.
In his new role, Schroeder develops strategies for protecting clients’ intellectual property and advises about the various IP protections available.
Schroeder’s IP practice focuses on licensing agreements, trademark prosecution, nondisclosure agreements, technology acquisition agreements, technology development agreements, manufacturing agreements and a range of other commercial agreements involving the use, development or transfer of intellectual property.
“I am very excited to join Buchalter Nemer’s Orange County office,” Schroeder said.
“I look forward to integrating my continued focus on corporate and IP transactional matters with the existing skills of the firm to provide increased support to the community.”
Schoeder joins Buchalter from Allen Matkins. He received his JD at Loyola Law School, cum laude, in 2003.
