Buchalter adds IP expertise in Seattle
Buchalter has hired four attorneys, including two specialising in IP, from Foster Garvey in Seattle.
John Crosetto joins the firm’s IP and litigation practice groups as of counsel, where he will represent clients in matters involving trademark, trade secret, trade dress, false advertising, and unfair competition.
He advises startups and established companies, including software and hardware companies, equipment manufacturers, video game developers, and creative firms.
Scott Warner joins as senior counsel in the IP practice group. He works with startups, nonprofits and public companies by helping them to register, protect, or sell their IP.
Warner provides guidance in all aspects of IP and business transactions, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, licensing and distribution, joint ventures, employment and non-competition.
Harold Snow and Paul Barba have also joined the firm.
