Brinks Gilson & Lione elects president
Brinks Gilson & Lione has elected a patent litigator as president of the IP law firm, which has 140 lawyers.
Gustavo Siller, who was appointed for a four-year term, succeeds James Sobieraj, who served since 2011.
Siller has nearly 30 years of experience as a patent litigator and counsellor, focusing on developing successful IP portfolios and defending clients in court.
His focuses his practice on a range of industries, including telecoms, electrical and mechanical engineering, medical devices, and semiconductor technology.

According to Brinks Gilson & Lione, Siller played a pivotal role in the successful opening of an office in Shenzhen, China.
