Brinkhof boosts trademark practice
Brinkhof has expanded its trademark practice with the appointment of Sophie Gauquier-Rutgers.
Gauquier-Rutgers has ten years of experience working for prosecution firms Novagraaf and NLO Shieldmark.
At Brinkhof, she will advise on the protection of trademarks and designs, carry out trademark clearing searches, and handle trademark and design filings. Gauquier-Rutgers will also act as a representative in opposition and appeal proceedings before trademark authorities.
Her arrival at Brinkhof signifies the full integration of the prosecution of trademarks and designs into its IP consultancy and litigation practice.
