Bardehle Pagenberg partners with Singapore-based law firm

Law firm Bardehle Pagenberg and Singapore-based law firm Yusarn Audrey have announced a partnership aimed at promoting various aspects of intellectual property.

The objective of the cooperation is to jointly promote technology transfer in Asia and Europe, as well as liaising on issues of IP law including technology licensing and mergers and acquisitions.

Yusarn Audrey was founded in 1999 and was one of the first specialist IP law firms in Singapore.

This partnership makes Bardehle Pagenberg one of the first German IP law firms to focus on technology transfer in Asia.
