Bardehle Pagenberg elects six to partner

Law firm Bardehle Pagenberg has promoted six lawyers to partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice.

Philipe Kutschke (pictured below, left), Nadine Heiartz (pictured below, middle)  and Tobias Kaufmann (pictured below, right) are based in the firm’s Munich office, while Gianluigi Muscas, Matteo Casucci, and Serena Tavolaro are based in Milan.

Kutschke has experience in both trademark and copyright litigation; Heiartz, a patent specialist, has represented clients in the telecommunications industry; and Kaufmann focuses his practice on patent invalidity proceedings.

Muscas specialises in copyright and unfair competition; Casucci has represented food industry clients in trademark and unfair competition matters; and Tavolaro assists clients with patent, trademark and design infringement claims.

Giovanni Francesco Casucci, head of the firm’s Milan office, said: “With the new partner appointments we especially appreciate the contribution of six young lawyers who developed their expertise and who have become mainstays of our firm.”
