Arent Fox to enter Boston market with Posternak merger
Arent Fox, based in Washington, DC, and Posternak Blankstein & Lund have reached an agreement to merge, effective January 1, 2019.
The merger represents Arent Fox’s first expansion into the Boston market, where Posternak and its 55 lawyers are based.

After the merger, Arent Fox will have more than 450 attorneys focussing on IP, regulatory, transaction, and litigation counselling acoss Washington, DC, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Boston.
